Choose how you receive your translation: by mail, as a certified PDF, or by courier anywhere in Canada and abroad.

Select the delivery option in the online order form. Prices are before tax (GST 5%).

Need it faster, or need the hard copy sent to another country? Book a courier yourself and we hand your package to the driver at our office.

Choose a courier. FedEx, UPS, Purolator or DHL Express (convenient for international shipping). Compare prices and delivery times on their websites.
Create a shipment online. Use our office as the pickup (sender) address:

Enter your own address, or the address abroad, as the delivery address.
Pay the courier on its website.
Email us the shipping label (PDF). We print it and attach it to your package:

Schedule a pickup at our office on a business day, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Winnipeg time).
Forward the courier confirmation to the same email: tracking number, pickup date and courier name, so your package is ready for the driver.
Track your package with the tracking number from the courier.

Shipping abroad

Choose the courier's documents or document envelope service; certified translations have no commercial value.
Add the recipient's phone number: couriers need it for international delivery.
Most institutions abroad ask for the signed hard copy, so order the hard copy, not only the PDF.

Tips: book the pickup 2-3 business days ahead, list our office phone number for the driver, and keep your tracking number.
