Certified Translation of Passports, ID Cards, and Visa Stamps

Do you translate passports and ID cards?

Yes, we provide certified translations of official identification documents, such as national ID cards and passports. These are often required for Canadian passport applications, permanent residency applications, and other official purposes where you need to prove your identity and legal status.

Why do I need to translate passport stamps?

Translating the entry and exit stamps in your passport is a common requirement for Canadian permanent residency (PR) applications to document your travel history. We translate stamps from any language into English, certified for official use with IRCC.

How much does it cost to translate passport stamps?

We translate passport stamps for Canadian permanent residency for $7 per stamp (and less for large quantities). Note that there is a minimum charge per order, so it is more cost-effective to translate all required stamps at once.

Important: For any submission to IRCC, a notarized "true copy" of your original passport pages must be attached to the certified translation. You can learn more about this requirement here.

How to order?

You may place an online order by simply filling out the Free quote form or by emailing us the document to be translated.

Most translations are completed within 1-3 business days. Please see our pricing and delivery options.
