Most immigration files contain something outside the usual set: a court order, a bank letter, a service record, a property deed. All of it is priced the same way, by the page, and quoted before you pay.
What it costs
There is no separate tariff for unusual documents. A page is a page, whatever is printed on it.
Regular certified translation
- Complete translation with a signed certificate of accuracy
- Accepted by IRCC, schools, employers, insurers and provincial offices
- A copy of the original attached to the translation
- Most orders in 1-2 business days
ATIM certified translation
- Seal, signature and number of a certified member of the association
- Asked for by MPNP, Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba, CPSM, CPA Manitoba, NDEB and PEBC
- Not needed for a routine document
Notarized translation
- Sworn declaration before a commissioner attached to the translation
- For consulates and institutions outside Canada
- Takes 2-4 days longer than a regular certified order
Prices do not include tax (5%). Passport stamp $7 each. Hard copy and certified PDF together $15. Xpresspost $30. The exact price is confirmed after we see your files, and you pay only after you approve it.
What you get

What to check before uploading
Unusual documents come with predictable problems.
- Multi-page documents sent as separate photosKeep the pages in order and name the files so the sequence is obvious.
- Tables photographed at an angleA skewed table loses columns. Shoot straight down or scan.
- Only the pages you think matterSend the whole document. Missing pages are the most common reason a file is returned.
- No idea what certification you needSay what the document is for and we name the certification before you pay.
Questions we get
Do you translate documents that are not on your list?
Yes. Any official document can be translated and certified. The price follows the page count, not the document type.
How much will it cost?
$59 for a one-page document, $99 for two pages, $30 for each page after that, before tax. The total is confirmed after we see the files.
Will IRCC accept it?
The translation is prepared the way IRCC asks: complete, with the translator's declaration, name, contact details and signature, and a copy of the original attached.
How long does it take?
Most regular certified translations are ready within 1-2 business days.
Can I send a whole package at once?
Yes, and that is cheaper: the set is quoted together, larger packages get a volume discount, and names and dates stay consistent.
What if the document is handwritten?
Handwritten text is translated as far as it is readable. Anything genuinely illegible is marked as such rather than guessed.
